Having the time to think, look at options, and come to a conclusion was encouraging and made me feel more at ease during my thought process. This is not normal for the auto industry because at most dealerships they are waiting like vultures to descend upon you to make a sell. This was the first in a totally different experience. When I opened the door and was greeted by Kenny Robinson the remaining process was seamless! Kenny was friendly and treated me as if I was an old friend. Every person involved in the sales process treated me like I was family! I wondered when the "too good to be true" moment would occur but it was all good and all true! Courteous, Communicative, Fair Service Went in for an inspection and oil change. They accepted my car before my scheduled appointment time so I could get comfortable in the waiting area (wh Went in for an inspection and oil change. They gave me the expectation that the car would be ready within the hour which it was. Unfortunately they mistakenly forgot to perform the oil change. when I brought it up Nick and Jay were very apologetic and promptly took care of it.
