I was I went in to Keffer Mazda on February 18, 2017 to inquire about a CX-5 and was hoping to lease or finance a new or certified pre-owned vehicle. I was greeted at the front desk and introduced to Paul Fratazzi in the sales department who was from the start a very kind, patient, and understanding gentleman. Paul helped my spouse and I find a great vehicle that suited our needs and made sense for our budget and lifestyle. We stayed about 2-3 hours and during our time there Paul was able to help us with all of our questions and concerns with the utmost patience, and truly helped us get something we desperately needed. Paul is a very down to earth, honest, personable, kind and helpful person in general as you can tell when you meet him, but he really makes a meaningful contribution to the company and this dealership. Overall excellent experience, he kept me updated and made sure all of our paperwork was being finalized as we waited for our funds to arrive for a down payment.
