We had purchased a new Mazda Grand Touring Car in 2014 from the Winston Dealership and went back lately planning on Purchasing a 2016 Mazda Grand Tour We had purchased a new Mazda Grand Touring Car in 2014 from the Winston Dealership and went back lately planning on Purchasing a 2016 Mazda Grand Touring CX-5 but they didn't have the vehicle we were looking for on the lot and didn't offer us a very good deal to get one from another dealership. We just so happened to be going to the car show in Charlotte on the 29th and stopped by Keffer Mazda in Huntersville. Everyone was extremely nice and not pushy at all. They didn't ask us all the dumb questions that the dealership in Winston asked us. They were much easier to deal with so we made a purchase from them even thought it is 1 hour and 45 minute drive from where we live. We are loving our new Mazda CX-5. Chad, Donnie and Randy were so nice to us it almost felt like family. More

Kenny Robinson - A very patient Sales Consultant We had narrowed down our search for a car for our son to two different makes/models of which a Mazda 6 Grand Touring was one of them. In addition to visiting the dealership on a number of occasions my wife had many exchanges on the phone and by e-mail with Kenny Robinson asking many questions. Then it was our son's and my turn to go look at the available cars on the lot and talk to Kenny several times ourselves. Kenny's patience and sense of humor were much appreciated through this seemingly month long process. Finally we decided on the Mazda 6 in early August.
