He was also very diligent and on-task, as well as personable and easy-going throughout the process. As a U.S. Military Veteran, it was pleasantly surprising to see how many of their employees were former military as well, and it gives great insight as to their priorities in their hiring practices and moral standards.I am greatly enjoying my new Mazda 3, and it is a joy to show off Ms. Ruby to my friends and family, as she is stunning to look at, and to drive. My overall experience and test drive I test drove a Mazda 6 with Yuri.. it was the best experience I ever had. Everyone else inside Keffer Mazda greeted me and asked how I was doing. Yuri was very friendly, he told me everything I needed to know about the car. I even got a chance to use Bluetooth for the very first time in a car and adjust different volume levels . During the test drive I couldn't keep my smile off my face, the sounds of the acceleration was amazing, and it felt like a HUGE upgrade compared to my old car. I definitely wish to purchase this vehicle when the time is right. More

Today's service was no exception and I would like to add a new name to the mix: Nick Azzara. He sat down with me, when my car was ready and explained (in layman's terms that I could understand) everything that was completed. That, combined with Chris' warm greeting and letting me know how long everything would take made for a most pleasant experience. We came in after a horrible experience just 2 weeks prior and I honestly never wanted to buy a car again. We were greeted nicely and attended to quickly. Kenny and Chad really listened to our needs and proceeded to give us options. During the time Chad helped us, he was extremely professional, polite, and went above and beyond to satisfy us. Staying passed his time, he transported all my items from my other car, gave us some goodies, and showed us around the car setting things up and so forth...making it an exciting experience like it should be! I should mention that Randy is financing was awesome too. Nothing hidden, straight forward....and because Chad got me the price I could afford I wasn't panicking and regretting the deal while I was signing. Chad has since called to check in on us and make sure we are still happy. The dealership is beautiful and everyone from front desk, service, sales, and financing is great. I definitely recommend this dealership. More
