Truly grateful for Keffer Mazda The dealership is great. I was in a credit bind when I bought my 2015 Mazda 3. They gave me a low APR% and low monthly payment. It doesn't stop there. I've had problems w/ my car due to an accident this past March. The lights. Things squeaking radiator etc...you name it I had it. There service writer Chris was very kind through the countless visits I've taken there and has guided me through of step and process on my vehicles repairs. Never coming back w/ the same problem because he made sure it's been resolved in a way Keffer is like family and they certainly treat you as such. Take a visit and test drive any new cars there. They drive like no other. More

Changed from a 1 star to a 5 star review I recently had my vehicle serviced at Keffer Mazda because there were some issues with my car. In short, I received a phone call stating there were go I recently had my vehicle serviced at Keffer Mazda because there were some issues with my car. In short, I received a phone call stating there were going to be 4 repairs to my vehicle which I approved. When I returned to the service department to pick up and pay for my repairs, they had added on repairs which I never approved. The service consultant went over the 9 jobs by quickly flipping the pages until the last page with the grand total. Granted these repairs were probably for the better, I just didn't know about them until I returned home and looked at my statement the next day. So the following day after service I sent a email concerning my problems with the lack of communication in an after service review email I received. The first thing the following morning a man by the name of Chris Brannon emailed and called me concerning my review. I told him I was just upset that they tech who called me hadn't stated that a few of the repairs on my bill were going to occur. I just wanted to inform him that I thought they could have at least told me. He said he understood and that he agreed that the tech should have told me. Like I said before, my car likely needed the repairs so I was okay they were still completed. But he went above and beyond. In the end of our conversation, he offered to buy back the repairs that they had completed on my vehicle which I didn't expect at all. This changed my view of this dealership. Originally, I thought they were out there just trying to scam people with petty repairs so they could make extra profit. Now I see that it was likely just a communication issue and that they do want every customer to leave happy. I appreciate what they did for me today and will likely be returning for future service. More

Kenneth called and left a message and was very courteous but did not pressure me to come out, I showed up and had a chance to look at the truck by myself and found the truck better than advertised. When I walked to the showroom I was met Yuri and introduced to Kenny, Yuri made us feel right at home and quickly had the truck ready for a test drive. After the test drive it was time for the "dreaded" negotiation. To our surprise the "dreaded" negotiation was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I was given a very generous trade-in for my vehicle and basically their first offer was what I hoping to eventually get to. Needless to say I signed the deal. When it is time for another car my first stop will be at Keffer! Thanks so much for a easy, no pressure buying experience More
