Kenny and Chad really listened to our needs and proceeded to give us options. During the time Chad helped us, he was extremely professional, polite, and went above and beyond to satisfy us. Staying passed his time, he transported all my items from my other car, gave us some goodies, and showed us around the car setting things up and so forth...making it an exciting experience like it should be! I should mention that Randy is financing was awesome too. Nothing hidden, straight forward....and because Chad got me the price I could afford I wasn't panicking and regretting the deal while I was signing. Chad has since called to check in on us and make sure we are still happy. The dealership is beautiful and everyone from front desk, service, sales, and financing is great. I definitely recommend this dealership. More

As I was out there on the lot, it didn't take long for Chad Cowans to find me and try to assist me. He's very friendly and greeted me with a cheerful spirit. Even though he was with another customer, he had time to answer a few questions and get another salesman to help. That's when Yuri Carvalho came to assist me. Another friendly and professional salesman. After showing me the mx-5, I decided it wasn't the car for me but he did have a solution. We test drove a new mazda3 and I never realized how great these cars are. Yuri explained everything and was able to answer all my questions. I decided to get the car the next day with my wife. With my unpredictable work schedule at times I wasn't able to get there at the appointment on time. No worries, Chad Cowans was able to take over and assist me. The management team worked out a great deal for me and worked with me on my trade in. I made a purchase on my 2016 Mazda3 hatchback and I love this car. You can't go wrong with this dealer, they are very friendly and will take care of you. I had a fantastic experience buying my first new car. More

Great People I came in really not knowing what to expect with no credit. My first encounter & appointment was with Kenny Smith. And then Chad Cowen was my initial I came in really not knowing what to expect with no credit. My first encounter & appointment was with Kenny Smith. And then Chad Cowen was my initial sales rep. I was approved for financing, but the dealership I was dealing with lied about my final payment of the 2007 Chevy cobalt I leased from them. ( drive time )We all heard over the phone that I was done making payments & they even congratulated me,with the words you will have your title in 4 to 6 weeks. We were treated so well then that we never forgot that experience put Keffer as our first priority to explore buying a new Mazda. Our experience for the present purchase started with a friendly receptionist, an attitude and friendliness we found in every person with whom we dealt. We especially liked the diversity of the staff, and, a visible positive attitude we could feel throughout the entire building. Our primary sales rep was Yuri Carvalho, who provided complete information, answered questions and smiled throughout the experience, helping us to find just the right car and not pushing us to certain cars or features. Both the sales manager and the general manager were personally involved in our conversations as we came to a deal. Also, Julio Molina, Finance Manager, and Jay Zimberg, Service Consultant, were skilled and helpful as we finalized our purchase.
