Smooth and Non-pressured Sales Experience I was anticipating pushy sales-tactics from the get-go, but was surprised with the sales experience I received. Donnie was friendly, knowledgeable and I was anticipating pushy sales-tactics from the get-go, but was surprised with the sales experience I received. Donnie was friendly, knowledgeable and did not pressure my car buying choice. He provided general information about the vehicle I was interested in, but also acknowledged features or downfalls of the car. I was clear from the beginning that I was not interested in making my decision the same day and he provided numbers and contact information to follow-up. When I returned to purchase the vehicle, I was immediately greeted and explained the process of the next steps. It took me a total of 2 hours to finalize everything and walk off the lot with my new car. I was pleasantly surprised by the smooth and non-pressured experience.
