In my opinion they are the "Best Sales Team" whom we became acquainted with at Keffer when buying our SUV....a very pleasant experience. My wife and I bought a 2015 CX-5 Grand Touring SUV. We went on vacation and traveled 1400 miles round trip from North Carolina to Florida this past Thanksgiving Holiday. My wife enjoyed the ride, handling, and performance so much that she refused to let me drive. If the truth be known, other than the enjoyment and comfort of the ride, I do the speed limit, while my wife, equipped with a radar detector, exceeds the posted speed limit. And the awesome power of the 2.5 liter engine, cranking out 184 hp, never hesitated what-so-ever when accelerating and maintaining speeds. The mpg is even more impressive! Pleasant to speak with and not pushy. We went home did some further research and decided to make the purchase from Donnie. Process went smoothly. We had a trailer hitch added after the purchase at the service department of the dealership and that went well also. Highly recommend Donnie and the dealership. A pleasant car buying experience.
