Pleasant to speak with and not pushy. We went home did some further research and decided to make the purchase from Donnie. Process went smoothly. Donnie was friendly and helpful on my first visit which was just to get the value for my trade in. He steered me in the direction of the best vehicle per my requests. I did not buy initially and went to other dealerships that were no where near as personal or informative. When I went back to buy the car from Donnie he put in the extra time on his day off to make the buying process happen quickly. Daniel worked diligently with the banks to help me get the payment I needed. He was also friendly and fair to me and made me feel like I was getting the best deal I could. I even had a friendly conversation with the man that detailed my car at the end. I would recommend anyone to start their car search here with Donnie and you will see how smoothly it can be done!
