Best customer service I have found ANYWHERE I took my Mazda 3 in for a minor service today, and was totally impressed by the service team, especially my Service Consultant, Chris Brannon. Chris and his team were friendly, extremely helpful, and patient in listening to me describe the car's problem. They fixed it quickly and completely. I was even more impressed, though, when it was time to settle up and I discovered that I had left my wallet at home. I never do this! Because I live across town from the dealership, Chris declined my offer to go home and get my wallet. Instead, he graciously waived the charge. Needless to say, even though the charge was small, I was embarrassed by my own carelessness. However, Chris was cool about it and made it clear that he was there to help. It's amazing that Keffer gives its people such leeway to take care of their customers--even when the customer goofs up the way I did! You can be sure my car will never be serviced by anyone else. (And I'm going back to pay for that repair!) More

Apparently, the service area is closed for new car service at 5 even though the the shop is open until 6. The news was not delivered well with the solution being for me to call the shop ahead of time. Though I understood what this gentleman was going for in terms of arriving to a solution, his delivery was not apologetic or caring. I drove 50 minutes to come to the shop and though I arrived at 5:10- I thought he did not appreciate my effort in trying to establish a good relationship as a customer. I decided to come back on Saturday and give the location a second chance. I spoke with the general manager Chris Wilkie about the experience and he gave a great response, I felt heard and actually became excited about some of the new expansion projects Keffer Mazda is undergoing. I also let him know Chris Brannon was a great example of how to offer customer service. I remember him from the last visit I had over a year ago. He is consistent in his service and honest yet personable in his communication. As a person who doesn't know much about cars, I need a great professional relationship established at the beginning to be a loyal, trusting customer. Kudos for turning a negative into a very positive experience. More

After having my CX-9 "serviced" and then damaged by another local shop, Keffer Mazda took over and has done an amazing job of helping repair everything. Jay Zimberg is my hero. He not only has made sure my car is taken care of, but he also has advocated for me in my ongoing dispute with the previous mechanics who damaged my car. He has taken a great amount of his time explaining things, answering my numerous question (fielding multiple phone calls from me in a days time!) and listening to my concerns. His staff also took the time to show me everything that was going on and helped me understand where the problems were and what could be done about them. Chris was very friendly and helpful while he showed me my car. All the staff I interacted with made me feel very comfortable and were extremely nice. My situation was a complicated one involving multiple parties and Jay and his staff have been unbelievably patient and have really helped make things easier for me to handle. I highly recommend Keffer Mazda for service! They truly go above and beyond! More

It does seem that every time I go there there is a different person at the service desk - but they always do a good job. They find the time to answer questions and seem genuinely helpful. I also spoke with a sales person about the new MX-5 (2016) and she was very helpful. More
Professional & courteous I was quickly able to set up a same-day appointment online. Although I arrived early, I was quickly checked in after explaining my issue. Chris explained that the light on my dash was a warning from a tire pressure monitor, not the check engine light which is what I thought. Although all tires looked fine they let me know they would look at the tires and sensors.. While in the waiting area I was informed that there was a nail in my tire and informed of the cost plus taxes. While waiting for the repair to be completed I walked the lot and within several minutes my salesperson Lewis who sold me the car in January came out to greet me. We chatted for a moment, then retreated from the hot weather. The tire was quickly repaired and I was on my way. I have only had positive interactions at Keffer Mazda. Chris was great, and I must mention Lewis who went above and beyond to close the deal for me when I purchased the vehicle in January. (Mazda6). I highly recommend Keffer Mazda! More
