I had a mixed experience with Keith Hawthorne. Nice employees, and never had any issue with my actual time at the dealership. However, after ordering my Ford Bronco through them it became very dif Nice employees, and never had any issue with my actual time at the dealership. However, after ordering my Ford Bronco through them it became very difficult to get a hold of people. I was frequently told that I'd be called back and not hear anything, they would rarely have any new/useful info to share with me, and there was a month delay between providing them with the order form (and a $1000 deposit) and my order being actually placed with Ford. Overall frustrating experience, but they were able to get my car to me and I'm happy with it. Likely won't come back in the future, however, as I feel confident that I can find better customer service and a better buying experience elsewhere. As I note below, my original salesperson left the dealership and I believe that could have added to the missed communication. More

BUYER BEWARE, stay away from Keith Hawthorne Ford of Belmont. They are everything that’s wrong with a car dealership. DO NOT buy a vehicle from them!
