This dealership was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Melanie, Tairon, and Todd were the trio I never knew was needed. I walked wanting a Bronco Badlands, and I walked out with one! We beginning to end. Melanie, Tairon, and Todd were the trio I never knew was needed. I walked wanting a Bronco Badlands, and I walked out with one! We did go back and forth abit about financing but with Melanie and Tairons persistence, they got me where I needed to be. I even gotten a screen protector installed as well. The staff there are also very playful and laid back and not too sales pitchy. Thanks guys! More
Over the years, my husband and I have purchased several vehicles from Keith Hawthorne's dealership. No problems whatsoever. I recently purchased a Ford Bronco and was happy with it. But decided to trade it vehicles from Keith Hawthorne's dealership. No problems whatsoever. I recently purchased a Ford Bronco and was happy with it. But decided to trade it in for a Ford Maverick. Mainly to haul around medical equipment for my disabled son. I'm very happy with it too! If it was just for me, I would have kept the Bronco. It was perfect for me. The only thing I didn't like about it was no GPS. The salesman, Dylan S. Was very nice. And the service department is great too! If I live long enough, I'll probably buy my next vehicle at Keith Hawthorne Ford. More
Had a recall on my 2016 f350 for the rear camera. Mine had quit working but service would not replace the part because apparently they had to get VIN info from the OBD plug ??? I had like many other Mine had quit working but service would not replace the part because apparently they had to get VIN info from the OBD plug ??? I had like many others, installed a tuner on my truck after the warranty expired, therefore voided the replacement of the obvious defective camera due to programming. I respected the decision from my advisor Javon at Keith Hawthorne in Belmont but doesn’t mean that I agreed. To me, this makes Ford seem more interested in finding reasons to dismiss a recall repair vs correcting an issue that doesn’t involve the performance of a tuned vehicle. It was as simple as it does or doesn’t work. Long story short, if you have the same situation, an OEM replacement is $75-$100, I had to buy my own.. Great Service Ford Motor Co ??????
