Karla was absolutely outstanding to work with. - Tyler

Karla was absolutely outstanding to work with. She worked with me for almost a month to help me find the perfect truck, and she was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting me into the right vehicle rather than just making a sale. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process and made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly easy. I never felt pressured, and she was always willing to answer my questions and work with me until we found exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend Karla to anyone looking for a vehicle. She’s a great salesperson and an even better person to work with. Paramount is lucky to have her!

Great work changing spark plugs! - Walter James

Had the plugs changed in my 2008 mustang gt and I'm sure glad I let Roger Shiflett Ford handle this work. The plugs are the the 2 piece type and as I suspected 2 of them broke when being removed. I knew when reading about replacing these type plugs that they are prone to breaking. But no problem for Roger Shiflett staff. They have the proper equipment to handle this and I'm glad that I let them do the work. I was treated with respect and will be taking my service work to Roger Shiflett in the future as I have in the past. Very well pleased!

Terrible! I brought my car here to have the AC fixed. I... - kjardell818

Terrible! I brought my car here to have the AC fixed. I dropped my car off at 11am and was told they would look at it and tell me what was wrong. I called at 1:30 when I hadn’t heard anything and was told they’d call me back. I called again at 3 only to be told they’d call me back. I called again at 4:50 and finally was told I needed a new AC line and it would be here in a day or day and a half and they’d put it on and my car would be ready Friday. I called Friday at 3:30 to see about picking up my car to be told the part wasn’t here and it would be ready Monday. I finally got a call Tuesday telling me the line was on but it was going to be much more because it needed a new compressor. I go to pick up my car later that day to wait an hour for them to put the front bumper back on. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

I had to pay an extra $9000 to install a new motor just a - pfsdean

I had to pay an extra $9000 to install a new motor just a few weeks after buying my pickup truck from Sisk. The first question I asked the sales rep, Jay, about this truck was: “Is this the original motor?” I asked because it only had 18k miles on it. He said yes, but it was not true. I learned later a new motor had been installed, but it was installed improperly. Because of this, it broke down on me soon after buying it. When I pointed this info out to Jay, he said “I was only telling you what I was told.” I asked him to have the manager or owner call me. They wouldn’t even call me. This is shameful. They claim to review their used vehicles carefully, and are reputable, but they take no responsibility for their mistakes. I asked 3 times for just a phone call. Nothing.

We went into Taylorsville Ford looking for a used truck... - countrygirl

We went into Taylorsville Ford looking for a used truck and we talked to John Deal. The manager, Eric Settle, got involved and made us such a great deal with the rebates and incentives on a new truck, we decided to buy a brand new F150. They got us a great finance rate and went out of their way to make sure our buying experience was excellent. This dealership is a one of a kind place. These days, it seems like once a purchase is made, the businesses don't even remember your name, but they even called us a month after the sale to make sure all was well with our purchase and ask us if we were happy with our truck.

Best buying experience I've ever had, they were genuinely friendly and didn't pressure me. I've shopped in Charlotte and Gastonia and hated the way I was treated. At Town Square everyone was pleasant, they answered my questions and, explained all my options. I understand they have the highest repeat buyer rate in the area, and its easy to understand why. The price I got in 5 minutes, was $1,600 less than I got in Gastonia after 4 hours. I'd recommend them and will be visiting them when I get my next truck.
