I recently purchased my 4th Vehicle from Keith Pierson toyota. I live in VA and flew to Jacksonville because I have always been treated so fairly at this dealership. I was so excited to get the amazing deal I did on my Sequoia. The staff was amazing, they fed my daughter and I at the cafe while our paperwork was being completed. I had done my homework prior to my purchase, I knew my credit worthiness, what we wanted to pay and what we wanted our payments to look like. When we sat down in the Finance department I was shocked to find out that my vehicle was going to cost me $2000 less than we had originally talked about. This lowered my monthly payments and sent me out the door calling everyone I know, singing the praises of this dealership. Since I purchased my new vehicle I have referred 3 people that also live in VA to purchase their next vehicle from Kieth Pierson Toyota. More

The last vehicle we purchased was for our daughter and Keith Pierson personally introduced himself and his wife to us. They both were extremely nice and thanked us for our business. It's nice to deal with a family owned business like Keith Pierson Toyota. You can actually put a face with the name and know that they are there if needed, and appreciate your business unlike corporate run dealerships. I would highly recommend anyone purchasing a new vehicle or servicing a vehicle, to go to Keith Pierson Toyota. I also like the service department being open 7 days a week because of the convenience. My overall experience at this dealership has been a GREAT one. More

Where do I start? Me dad and i went to Toyota and Kieth Peirson lot on Nov 16. i wanted a new truck. I had already allowed them to do all the "numbers" and Jason K, had me ready to go in this truck that i literally fell in love with. I signed all the papers with the intention of paying $2000 down and $526 a month for 72 months with 0% interest. I got off the lot in this truck and switched plates from my car and drove it for 6 whole awesome days, I got a phone call on Friday Nov 21st asking for paystubs and to come in that night for Im not sure what exactly. i worked late and live around 30 minutes away from there and so i did not make it there till Saturday after work before my plans for the evening. this is the fun part. . . I get to the lot and ask for the one who called me in which was a finance manager named Brady who in turn handed me off to the horrible Jason Cornell who laughingly came in and said "I have good news and Bad which one do you want?" I quickly found out that both items of news were not the best of times for me. One was to pay up another $2000 and then not even get payments in the amount set in the sales contract and the other was to give back my truck that i drove for 6 days with already a filled up gas tank by me. I didn't want any other truck and I surely cant pay more money or higher payments. I of course got very emotional and called up for reinforcements who informed me to let them have the keys and get my old car back. I ask for my car and my down payment and neither were availible. I ended up leaving in tears and without my money, my old car or the new truck. The sales man jason Keye was great and drove my car all the way to my place but forgot the lisence plate and my registration and left the car seat to my 3year old in the truck. Now its Monday and my family has already posted a BBB claim and My mom personally talked to Kieth and his second in commmand and they were very concerned in how that horrible Jason Cornell treated me and so they were debating a possible huge loss on their faulty number running mistake and their inconsiderate way of treating me. My mother left with the feeling that we may get our justice in all the mess that occured that last Saturday and so we went thru our day of work and then Charles called her to tell her that because we had primarily called the BBB that they were retaliating and would not be giving me the truck with the contracted sales amount on the contract that is in my possession. We double checked to make sure Charles stated he said that he was retaliating against me only on the fact to warn others we went to the BBB before coming to Kieth directly. I now have my license plate and my check for the down payment but I will never buy from this lot. They are liars, they manipulated me and they are breaking a contract that stated there was a period of finance work but 6 days is not a "few" as the contract so vividly states. I was pleased with Jason Keye but the Jason Cornell chased away a lot of sales for this dealership. More

I just purchased my third vehicle from Keith Pierson Toyota. On my first purchase of a Prius I visited several dealerships in South Florida where I live and I was told that I would have to wait 6 months Toyota. I started calling dealerships all over the state of Florida and the salesman at Keith Pierson Toyota said he could not make any promises but would call me as soon as he had one available. I got the call and the car was delivered for the price quoted. When I bought the second car a Highlander, I was given one price. I went to a local dealership and was quoted a price over two thousand dollars more. After the assistant manager, manager and owner's sign came out to talk to me the best offer was still over a thousand dollars more than Keith Pierson Toyota's price. On my third purchase I visited the dealership and met the owner himself. Down to earth guy. Great experience. More

The deal was done. A price agreement was reached. It was far below their first asking price, but we finally agreed. The contract was being written. So having been yelled at already by the sales manager during the pricing compromise I asked to see Mr. Pierson to tell him that his sales managers mouth had almost cost him a sale. The sales manager, Kevin, heard I had asked to see Mr. Pierson and came over and started yelling at me again. When he started yelling at my wife, I got up and apologized to our salesman, but told him I could not give that dealership over $35,000 because of the mouth on that sales manager. We left. There are many Toyota dealerships in Jacksonville. Pick another one and use it, you will be glad you did. More

I bought a used 2005 Mustang from these thieves in 2006. To make a long story somewhat short. I had an 03 c class mercedes as trade in and we where able to make a deal at 25k for the Mustang. I asked for a vehicle history and was shown a clean car fax and told the vehicle had no accidents, etc. I signed the papers and was then told a mistake had been made. I was given another set of the "same papers" to sign. It was getting late and i did not look them over again, as they where the "same papers". So, i ended up paying 30k for this car because they switched the price on me. This is my fault for not rereading everything but gives you a general idea. Secondly, I can not get a fair trade in on this vehicle as it has had frame damage. On further research, this car was bought at a damaged car auction in Georgia and then within a month ended up on the Keith Pierson lot. They refuse to do anything at all about it other than say "We didn't know" and tell me to tell the other dealer if they wont give me trade in value of the car that they will buy it from them at trade in value. Of course, they refuse to put this in writing. I am currently pursuing legal action and also action through the Naval Command I work for's JAG officer. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER More

My wife and I went into Keith Pierson Toyota to drive a Toyota Prius and Camry. Before we could drive any cars we went through the ordeal of giving our vitals/info for their computer (mistake #1). After we gave them our vitals we drove a Prius and I was quite impressed. I looked at the sticker prices, there was one at 22K, a second at 25K, and a third one with a price of 28K. At this point my wife asked me what the real price was. I assumed they marked up the car price to bring it down and let you think you're getting a good deal. After driving the car I told the rep I liked the car but the price would have to come down. He told me he would see what he could do. I trusted him (mistake #2). They ran our credit (mistake #3) we told him payments aren’t a problem. I said this because if you get the price you want the payment is ok. He comes back with a payment somewhere in the $900 range with 36 months of financing, zero down payment. I quickly did the math, nothing came off the price. At this point I went out to my car and retrieved the 2007 Consumer Reports car issue. It stated the car & model Prius we drove was 23K. When I showed the magazine to the sales rep he looked at me as if I spoke another language. I told him I could pay 25K for the car, no yes or no answer he wanted to run more numbers. Seeing we’re going to get a run around, my wife and I leave. The dealer called our cell with lower payments for longer periods (mistake #4, giving them our cell). When I did the math it still came in at 28K price. I could never get a straight answer as to the price they wanted to sell the car to us for. We never drove the Camry and bought a non-Toyota product at another dealer. I like Toyotas but would not recommend going to this dealership. More

I found a Scion a3 that I liked. We made an agreement that I would buy the car if my wife would accept it. They said ok. Later I was on their site and found a 500.00 coupon. Also I decided to ax my cruis that I would buy the car if my wife would accept it. They said ok. Later I was on their site and found a 500.00 coupon. Also I decided to ax my cruise control that they would install for me. My wife agreed with this as long as they would give me the credit for the $500 and I would drop the cruise control. I called and spoke to someone in the finance department. This person told me that they could take the coupon and also take the cruise control off. Today on Monday I took the money down to them to pay for the car. Staight away they decided they wouldn't accept the coupon and when I protested they said I was going to pay for the cruise control also. They said thay already had a signed contrat and that I was responsible for it. I told them that I needed to take them to court and they could care less. I didn't want any problems really so finally they agreed to drop the cruise control from the contract. I did sign the contract under deress. I discovered that in Florida once you sign on the dotted line you are screwed. More
