I had done my homework, been to other dealerships, and Keith Pierson won me over because they were willing to listen to my vehicle preferences, my budget, and they didn't dismiss my suggested price on my Highlander.... needless to say, they worked hard, they were kind, charismatic, and I ended up taking home a Highlander Limited Platinum. Poor Jon, he made a great deal, but had to deal with my price negotiations and life advice :) what a great young man, what a great team and dealership. I'm glad I traveled over 2 hours out of my way.
