Paul Harney introduced himself and we told him what we were looking for. We fell in love with a new blue metallic that the 2018 Camry just came up with. However, they did not have that color in a Hybrid. Paul managed to find the car at another dealer with the color we wanted, and had it ready for us in three days. We feel that is "going above and beyond"...... Life time warranty was icing on the cake. More

I was only disappointed by the mix up in the financial final outcome.
