So grateful I'm so thankful to Marcus and Doc for helping me get my 2017 Camary. I went into to the dealership with intentions of only getting my oil changed and I'm so thankful to Marcus and Doc for helping me get my 2017 Camary. Horrendous My 19 year old college student had a repair patch put on his tire a month ago. I personally asked his advisor John Elliot how long is the patch good for ,his response was a very long time, the length of his tire life. I felt great that I asked and received a response like that knowing my son will be safe per you service advisor. Yesterday the tire indicator light came on, I called in to the service dept. Grant it ,it was 5:00 and they informed me they close at 6:00. So if he could get there before 6 they would see him. Unfortunately he got John Elliot again. My son explained to to John the reason for his visit ,john immediately said ok let's go get you a new tire. ????? What!! When my son said he couldn't do that at the moment he was turned away. My 19 year old son was turned away over a patch. Was it that John didn't want to stay after 6 or he didn't want to do the paperwork. He put my child in potential danger ,didn't even have my son's car looked at. And this is the award winning service you provide? I couldn't be there with him I just had major surgery and am unable to walk. This is how you treat a young person. He didn't purchase his Camry at your dealership ,but I purchased my car there. Is that the problem. I have a very hard time wrapping my head around the reason John turned him away ,and didn't have the car looked at. This isn't the first time John has given poor service, it's appalling to me as his mother , I was so upset that he was treated like that . John jeopardized my son's safety, and had no problem doing it. More
Trustworthy Toyota Dealer I live in Texas but my daughter lives in Jacksonville, Fl. and I was visiting. I felt a something in the front of the car, like near the tires, and I live in Texas but my daughter lives in Jacksonville, Fl. and I was visiting. I felt a something in the front of the car, like near the tires, and was concerned and took it to Keith Pierson Dealership to be checked. It turned out to be something wrong with the front axles . I have driven 130,000+ miles since buying my 2010 Toyota standard shift Camry and knew that parts and repairs would be a pain. The gentleman in the service dept gave great service, explained the why for everything, managed to get the parts sooner than I hoped and actually had mechanics certified to do the work in record time. I was extremely impressed with the dealership. I also owned a 2013 RAV4 that I gave my daughter. I am so satisfied with this dealership that we traded in the Rav4 and purchased new Highlander in March. More

This man is riding in his own lane doing his own thing! Shout outs to Toya , Marcus , Chris used car Service manager the auto detailer's and the porters,. This breakfast at the cafe is good also and the cook is really nice.C 200 out! Do not let me forget the technician who did some work on my car , great JOB!!!! More

NEW RAV4 HYBRID BUYERS My wife and I weren’t looking to replace our 2013 Avalon Hybrid with something that would allowed better forward and peripheral visibility for a short My wife and I weren’t looking to replace our 2013 Avalon Hybrid with something that would allowed better forward and peripheral visibility for a shorter driver. After several weeks of researching various vehicles, makes, consumer reports and various user friendly options, we decided that possibly the RAV4 would best fit our collective requirements. Daniel Brower first contacted us after we inquired what we could expect for trade-in on our 2013 Avalon Hybrid with very-low mileage. Daniel was very informative and knowledgeable and answered several of our more immediate questions. Since we had bought vehicles previously from Keith Pierson Toyota’s dealership, he said when we came in, he would ensure to have our previous sales representative, Toya Jones, sit and cover any and all other questions to address our concerns or personal requirements. Toya was great to work with, very patient, helpful, knowledgeable on the various Toyota vehicle categories and related options available. Once we decided on the RAV4 as the vehicle of choice, Toya brought around a model that met our primary requirements and took us on a test drive. It was obvious that my wife could sit high enough to see over the dash and hood while having unobstructed peripheral vision while sit being seated safely and comfortably. Once we decided on the model RAV4 Hybrid which fit nicely with all that we asked for, Toya took us back to see the Chris Jordan in finance to complete the final aspects of buying the RAV4. Another very knowledgeable and helpful member of the Keith Pierson family. Chris provided additional assistance that greatly simplified and further streamlined various nuances we would have to experience with Florida State Division of Motor Vehicles (FL DMV). By completing several forms that we would have had to visit FL DMV to obtain and file. Very worthwhile services, all completed by Keith Pierson Toyota. The bottom-line is that when we arrived in Jacksonville/Orange Park during a permanent move from the Bay Area California with two Toyota’s household goods in tow in 2010. We found Keith Pierson Toyota to care for all our servicing needs and have since bought two new vehicles. The personnel in sales, service, and finance are all wonderful to work with, always helpful addressing any concerns or questions on all our vehicles; they do take that extra mile as advertised. More
Great Experience My wife and I began the research of replacing her ‘05 4runner to a ‘17 model back in the fall. I reached out to Keith Pierson Toyota and was contacted My wife and I began the research of replacing her ‘05 4runner to a ‘17 model back in the fall. I reached out to Keith Pierson Toyota and was contacted by Daniel Brower. Daniel was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions including that the ’17 would come out in January. He suggested that we come out one month prior to purchasing for test driving and seeing the dealership amenities. We met with Lionel Mann in early February and explained to him that we were here to test drive and that we would not be purchasing until March. Lionel was personable, friendly, and highly knowledgeable on all aspects of the 4runner. He gave us our space and did not repeatedly hassle us on the phone. A few weeks later we were ready to make our purchase and he made the transaction seamless. Furthermore, we noticed some scratches on the paint and the glass and Tom Chilar setup an appointment for the weekend to address those issues in addition to getting our accessories installed. Lionel called us two days in a row after the purchase to ask if he could answer any more questions or if we had any concerns. Everyone we came into contact with during that week were friendly and pleasant. It is nice to work with a dealership that is respectful and does not pressure you. Most of all, it is nice that we were treated well at all times and not just leading up to making a transaction. I look forward to servicing our car and buying again in the future. More

I happened to see a Rav 4 on the freeway and liked the way it looked, we went to the dealer to check it out as our 15 yr old Highlander would soon retire. We were met by Cortney Jones... a very pleasant, smart and informative man who had a lot of patience as I had already told him we were "just looking" We also met his sales manager who was also great to work with . The whole experience was so natural we bought a new Rav 4. Must also mention Buzz who did the financing .professionally yet friendly. More
