I am a long time BMW owner--purchasing over six vehicles from another BMW dealership. This year I decided it was time for a change--Kelly was highly recommended--so I decided to give it a try. Not only did I lease a new X3--Tim was so easy to work with that I purchased a 320i for my son a couple of days later. My son and I were both extremely happy with Tim's exceptional attention to detail--we both left the lot feeling we knew as much as there was to know about our cars. I would give Tim a ten if it was available. More

Much to my chagrin according to BMW NA the car like this did not exist anywhere in the USA. However, I did found that Eric Robare the Sales Manager at Kelly had ordered a car exactly as I wanted except it was black on black (my second color choice. I contacted Eric via email and he quickly replied that the car was available and he sent me all of the ordering information. Eric knew that this was the only car for me east of CA and after we exchanged a few emails and agreed on a vary fair price. The F & I Department was painless and Tim Rittenhouse delivered my new 335i in January. BMW has added a lot of features since 2001 so the delivery to a long time (which Tim emailed me about before I drove to Columbus). No matter how obscure my question about the car Tim knew the answer which is rather impressive. During the first few weeks I called Tim several times to be reeducated on a few of the operations. Take your time (plan 90+ minutes) leave and come back later that day if needed. I was in Columbus for work a few weeks ago and stopped in for a quick car wash from Bill Fyfee the Service Manager. This is my 3rd BMW therefore I highly recommend any BMW and I highly recommend the entire Team at Kelly BMW. More

I went to Kelly BMW to look at purchasing a new car. 5 years earlier, I had purchased a Lexus and was unhappy about how much the service cost. At that time, I was deciding between a Lexus and a BMW. I am sorry I did not purchase the BMW earlier (my own fault, I did not even test drive 5 years ago). David took the time to review what I liked about my previous car and and what my "wish list" would be for this car purchase. He placed me in a car for a test drive that had every option we discussed except cameras (there was not one on the lot in the 3 series). Once I returned from the test drive, we continued to discuss what was important to "me". In just a few hours, we had built out what I wanted and placed an order for my new BMW. After my order, David continued to keep me informed on the delivery of my vehicle and responded quickly to any inquires I sent. He has continued that level of service through delivery and with any questions I may have in regards to my new BMW. David was very professional and knowledgable. I did not feel like I was being "sold". He is a great listener and pays attention to detail, and because of that I am driving a vehicle that I love and is unique to my needs and wants.
