When I learned that my transmission needed to be replaced, I decided to talk to a sales person about trading it in. I am delighted that Nick was the one who took my call. Car Service I have a 2010 Nissan Maxima that needed to get serviced for an oil change and a problem my car had shaking when I would brake after being on the highw I have a 2010 Nissan Maxima that needed to get serviced for an oil change and a problem my car had shaking when I would brake after being on the highway. The problem ended up being the routers which weren't covered with the warranty I purchased. LeeAnn in the service department went the extra mile to speak with the General Manager and together they decided to take care of the problem without a charge to me. I totally appreciate everything they did for me. I would recommend Kelly GMC in the Lehigh Valley to anyone. Thanks again! More

After seeing TV ads and visiting the Philly Car Show I really liked the look and size of the Jeep Cherokee. My former dealership did not carry Jeeps, so I got an ad from Kelly and thought I'd give them a try. I made an appointment to test drive a Jeep. Nick Paxos took me for a test drive, and I was not as happy with the smaller SUV. Nick confessed that he didn't think that I would be after years of driving a GMC Envoy and then Acadia. He was very patient when I was picky about colors, equipment, and interiors. Within a few days I returned with my wife, and the deal was made. It was a pleasure dealing with Nick and the whole Kelly family. More

Beware of deceptive practices at this dealership! Beware of deceptive practices at this dealership. On March 25, 2014, I came to this dealership with the intention to buy a new 2014 Buick LaCrosse. Beware of deceptive practices at this dealership. On March 25, 2014, I came to this dealership with the intention to buy a new 2014 Buick LaCrosse. After driving the vehicle we negotiated 36 month lease for $15,000, with all fees and taxes included. At the same time I was offered to take the vehicle for 24 hrs. further test drive with the understanding that if I like the vehicle, we are going to close the negotiated deal the very next day, after I return the vehicle. When I came the next day with the intention to finalize the deal as previously negotiated with Steve Robertello and Michael Holmwood, surprisingly I was told that the negotiated price was based on 24 month lease instead of 36 months, although I clearly negotiated the price for 36 months. At the negotiation no one told me that the price was calculated based on 24 month lease. When I asked Steve Robertello that I’d like to speak with Michael Holmwood, who calculated the price during negotiation, Steve returned back saying that the sales manager (Michael Holmwood) has no time for me because he was busy. At the same time he did not even bother to come up to explain what he has done wrong. When I was leaving the dealership he did not seem to be very busy. I stopped at his desk and expressed my dissatisfaction with his unprofessional management quality. Two days later, Steve Robertello called me and asked if I am still interested in buying a new 2014 Buick LaCrosse, the vehicle I took for a test drive. In our phone conversation I confirmed again, that I am interested but with the price we negotiated on March 25, 2014 which was 36 month lease for $15,000. Steve responded that he needs to talk to his manager and will call me back soon again. As of today (April 7th), I have not received any response from this dealership whatsoever! My experience and impression at this dealership is very negative and therefore in the future I will stay away from this dealership and definitely I will share my experience with others. More
