Kelly Cadillac has some of the nicest, most professional people I’ve ever met. The buying process was incredibly smooth, and their kindness and genuine care for customer needs and questions were outstanding people I’ve ever met. The buying process was incredibly smooth, and their kindness and genuine care for customer needs and questions were outstanding. The owners personally greeted me and thanked me for my business. My salesperson, Joey, is awesome—sweet, kind, knowledgeable, and so helpful that I joked to my daughter afterwards about adopting him as my son. He even cared about my trip home and asked me to check in about my driving experience with my new purchase. Overall, I highly recommend this establishment, giving it a ten out of ten for exceptional service. The finance person ( Glenn) was also the best—such a great person to talk with. Big shout out to everyone at Kelly Cadillac in Lancaster, PA. Definitely go there for your next vehicle! I will always go back for any new purchase in the future !!!!!! More
