I was most impressed by the friendly, knowledgeable people at Kelly Cadillac, their professionalism and the cleanliness of the entire facility. I was greeted warmly by owner Geoff Kelly and worked with Uzma Shafqat to purchase an Escalade. Uzma is not only knowledgeable about Cadillac, but one of the nicest people around and easy to work with. Jon Simmavath in the service dept answered all of my questions about warranties and Glenn Davis explained in detail all of the financial documents we signed (almost like buying a house). All reflect the welcoming, caring, customer oriented attitude that starts at the top with Geoff Kelly. They made the buying process a pleasant one. Kelly Cadillac Team Exceeds our Expectations! We recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle; our sales person, Uzma Shafqt made the entire experience very relaxing and pleasurable. Her ultimate goal We recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle; our sales person, Uzma Shafqt made the entire experience very relaxing and pleasurable. Her ultimate goal was to understand our needs without the pressure of making a hasty decision. During our visit, she introduced us to Geoff Kelly and Allen Hartz, which made us "feel at home." When we were ready to close the deal, we had the opportunity to work with Glenn Davis, who was very knowledgeable and gave careful attention to detail regarding the transaction. Approximately eleven days past the dealer warranty date, we discovered there were some major issues with the vehicle; Scott Hansen, who was very understanding and accommodating, gave us the good news that Kelly Cadillac would cover the entire expense to make the repairs and that it would not cost a cent. He also loaned us a brand new Cadillac to drive while the repairs were being made. There are no words to express our gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Kelly Cadillac! More
