I loved the car but wanted to make sure we looked at a few other options before making our decision, Our saleswoman, Uzma, was very understanding and did not push us while going through the process. We went back to Kelly Cadillac and were offered a good deal on our new vehicle. The purchase was a pleasant experience. Mr. Davis was very friendly and thorough and had all the financial paperwork in order and ready to sign when we got there. Mr. Kelly then stopped by to introduce himself and welcome us to his dealership with a Cadillac umbrella and hat. He was very genuine. Uzma has a caring sole and went over the car with us before leaving. We have never owned a Cadillac before, and I am glad we chose Kelly Cadillac for our purchase. They offer some nice amenities after the sale that other dealerships do not... I would recommend checking them out. More

Lives up to their reputation We are long-time Mercedes owners, but when it came time to replace one of our cars, we opted to look at other comparable brands. Knowing Kelly Cadilla We are long-time Mercedes owners, but when it came time to replace one of our cars, we opted to look at other comparable brands. Knowing Kelly Cadillac had a solid reputation, we decided to see what they had to offer. We were greeted with a warm smile and a handshake by Uzma immediately upon our arrival. After hearing what we were looking for, she showed us 3 different vehicles that would fit our needs. In addition to test drives, Uzma thoroughly explained the features available with each one. Afterwards, she took us on a tour of the dealership and introduced us to the owner, Geoff Kelly, who clearly had one goal in mind - to make sure we were completely satisfied. We also met Service, Parts Director, Lynn Yoder, who answered questions we had regarding maintenance. As impressed as we were, we decided we needed to complete our due diligence and see what other dealerships had to offer. In the end, there was no comparison, Kelly Cadillac offered us a great car combined with outstanding service. A week later, we met with Marc to fill out the paperwork for our 2016 CT6. He was as personable as the other Kelly employees we had met. Afterwards, Uzma spent a great amount of time acclimating us to the car including setting up our On Star account, connecting our cell phones, etc. She also offered to meet with us for a follow up appointment and made sure we felt free to call her with any questions. Our entire experience with Kelly Cadillac has been terrific and we look forward to continuing our relationship with them. More

Unexpected great experience and "new" car We were not in the market for another car, but while cruising around on a Sunday we stopped at Kelly Cadillac. My wife saw a used black CTS that really caught her eye. We came back on Friday and bought the car. We have been at the dealership three times so far --Friday to buy, Saturday to pick-up, and the following Friday to have some minor things done. All of the personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. Marc, our salesman, took a lot of time to go over everything we needed to know about our "new" car. Marc was very informative about the vehicle and patiently explained the details. I told him that I was just browsing. He was fine with that and did not try to oversell the vehicle. .Long story short I ended up purchasing the vehicle!!! Everyone that I met at Kelly's Cadillac had the kindest personality and pleasant smiles. At no time did I feel pressure to purchase the vehicle. The entire process was smooth. It was pleasant from the gentleman that found me the best rates ~ Mr. Allen Hartz, to the gentleman that explained the paperwork ~ Mr. Glenn Davis and to the gentleman that was with me though out the entire process ~ Mr.. Marc Gagliardi. OH and the Owner was extremely personal and was very kind and funny! I also want to mention Mr. Jon Simmavath, the service consultant who brought me tears when he resolved an issue of my own creating which could have been very expensive! Outstanding Buying Experience. I had been looking for a specific vehicle to purchase as a wedding gift for my fiance for over a month. On a Saturday evening, after finding said vehi I had been looking for a specific vehicle to purchase as a wedding gift for my fiance for over a month. On a Saturday evening, after finding said vehicle (low mileage, fantastic price) at Kelly Cadillac's website, I queried the dealership with some questions. I didn't expect an answer until Monday, but the owner Geoff Kelly replied almost immediately with the answers to my questions that went into Sunday - and the one question he could not answer, was subsequently answered Monday morning by Marc. From that point on the buying process was seamless. There was no pressure for me to purchase the vehicle, or after I had to purchase an extended warranty. Marc Gagliardi, our sales contact was a true professional. As were Allen and Geoff. I felt as if I was in the company of old friends from the neighborhood. I searched dealerships throughout Pennsylvania before finding the vehicle I wanted with low mileage and priced thousands less than the other dealerships. Oh, and my fiance's smile after driving home in her 'new' ride was as wide as the Susquehanna. More
