Pat was extremely friendly and very informative he sat down with me and asked what kind of car i wanted and ensured me he would find the perfect match for me. I recieved a call from Pat not long after to inform me that he found exactly what i was looking for and we arranged a date to meet and test drive the car. The car exceded all of my expectations and was a perfect fit, Pat was great taking me through all the steps to make the purchase. Overall my experience with Kelly Cadillac was fantastic the whole staff was very professional and helpful and exceded all of my expectations. We called Howard and came down on Saturday 18 Jan 2014 about 4 PM we were out of there by 4:45. My husband and I decided that it was time to trade in our Jeep Compass for a newer vehicle. We had a very big trust issue We decided to go for a drive down Route 283 towards Lancaster and try a different dealership. We came upon Kelly Cadillac and thought that would be the answer to our dreams. However, we decided that there was no way that we could ever afford such a vehicle and drove by. By the time we hit the next exit, we turned back and decided to just go take a peek as maybe someone traded in a vehicle that we could afford. As soon as we pulled into the lot and got out of our vehicle, we were greeted by Julie Gardner our Sales Consultant. Julie was very approachable, friendly, honest, and open with us and answered all of our questions about the vehicles. Julie took the process of choosing a vehicle at our pace and respected our reservations. My husband and I fell in love with a 2010 Cadillac SRX. My husband and I were extremely impressed with Julie's knowledge of the vehicle. She knows her vehicles inside and out with all of the bells and whistles. During the test drive, Julie educated us on what we needed to know while driving but also sat back and let us listen to the sounds of the vehicle and answer our questions. When we decided to purchase the vehicle, Julie was very professional with us when we mentioned some concerns in regards to our credit/finances due to a recent surgical medical leave of absence from work. She assured us that we were not alone and gave us hope that there would be a creditor who would be willing to take all of our circumstances into consideration. Throughout the entire purchasing process, we felt like Julie had our best interests in hand. We really felt like she was working for us. Mark Gagliardi handled the financial contract side of our transaction. Mark was very friendly, approachable, and professional as well. There were alot of signatures that needed to be made and Mark was diligent in highlighting in 2 different colors where my husband needed to sign and where I needed to sign. He made it easy for us. Mark explained each page of the paperwork to us. The highlight of our experience with Mark was his concern for us in protecting our investment with a good warranty/maintanence package. He really worked with us in finding an affordable package with good coverage. Overall, my husband and I felt like we were in good hands with Kelly Cadillac. We had the best car buying experience that we have ever had. Kelly Cadillac is a name that we associate with honesty and integrity. They really are customer service excellence at it's best! I was in the market for a new vehicle, and was on the fence between Cadillac and Audi. From the second I stepped into the extremely clean and classy showroom, Julie Gardener was there to answer any and a fence between Cadillac and Audi. From the second I stepped into the extremely clean and classy showroom, Julie Gardener was there to answer any and all of my questions. We went over all of the features of the ATS that day. She was very laid back and was not pushy at all (as the Audi dealer was). She let me set up a test drive on my own time, and set my own pace for the car buying process. She responded to my emails very quickly, and did not fill up my phones voice mail with messages. She was very flexible in being able to meet to finalize the deal during a time my parents would be able to be there, as this was my first major purchase and I wanted them there for it. They detailed the car and had it ready before I was done signing all of the paperwork! Glenn did an excellent job explaining everything that I was signing. He brought light to a process that tends lengthy and boring. I even shook Mr. Kelly's hand, who congratulated my on my purchase and stressed that if he can help with anything, to let him know. He even put aside a hat for me because he felt that the ones that he had weren't cool enough. That family definitely has a one of a kind business that I would recommend to anyone. Follow up after the sale has been unexpected. Julie has been very helpful, answering any questions that I have had about the car, in a very prompt manner. She even offered to set up a time where she would meet me somewhere or I could meet at the dealership to go over any questions that may have popped up since delivery of the car, which I feel is a step that goes above and beyond! Although I have had vehicles serviced at your facility in the past, I had not purchased a vehicle from you until now. I can say with certainty it will not be my last. The minute I set foot on the lot, Marc Gagliardi could not have been more helpful. From the test drive to the final signature, your entire staff bent over backwards to make sure things went smoothly. Marc, in particular, literally stayed with me throughout the entire purchasing process that day – going so far as to sit with me in the parking lot to help me sync my cell phone to the car’s Bluetooth (long after the facility closed for the day I might add). Needless to say I was totally impressed. I can certainly see why customers go out of their way to come to your dealership. Ask anyone in my family – I have been a Cadillac fanatic since I was very young. Now, I have a dealership I can go to that is equally fanatical about taking care of its customers.
