What a fantastic experience! Doug was super friendly and helpful and no pressure from the beginning. But after the test drive and seeing the quality of the used vehicle, I was very interested. The financing process was easy and Sarah worked great magic to make my payments and rate comfortable and where I needed it to be. Doug came in on his day off to work through the final details with me and was so knowledgeable and the car and took the time (after hours) to show me how to use all the bells and whistles of this fantastic vehicle. The quality, time and money that this dealership invests in its product and its staff was evident in my whole transaction. I will highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. More

After looking over the inventory I found a Saab 97-x. Additionaly, I have always had my cars serviced at Kelly's - all Cadillacs and my one Saab.Over the years the service people have been wonderful The sales people I worked with were great, they were knowledgeable, explained in detail. They never pushed into any particular car or model.My sales man Howard Solodky made sure we met other workers in the dealership. The workers at every level starting the owners were very friendly and easy to converse. They have been well trainened. More
I have just purchased a Cadillac ATS and I love it. I was shopping around and test drove many other luxury cars even attended the Harrisburg cars show. Was not completely satisfied. I WAS SURFING THE WEB LOOKING FOR CADILLAC CTS CARS. I FOUND TWO THAT CAUGHT MY EYE AT KELLEY'S. SO I EMAILED AND MR. KELLEY RETURNED MY EMAIL IN A MATTER OF MINUTES.(BY THE WAY IT WAS SUPER BOWL SUNDAY). FOUND TWO THAT CAUGHT MY EYE AT KELLEY'S. SO I EMAILED AND MR.
