Friendliest staff I had no clue what I wanted, yet I thought I knew what I needed. My original plan was to purchase something used, a modest car at a fair price, someth I had no clue what I wanted, yet I thought I knew what I needed. My original plan was to purchase something used, a modest car at a fair price, something that gets good gas mileage, 4 wheel or all wheel drive would be a nice bonus. I relayed this info to Jess who immediately went to work finding the perfect car for me, however, the bank had a different idea and shut me down, bummer. This setback couldn't stop my super team at Kelly Mitsubishi, they quickly found other offers that fit my criteria. So many in fact that I had difficulty choosing, black, red, green, jeep, Mitsubishi, ugh, it was all just to much! My super team came to the rescue and using what the learned about me through our numerous conversations and my personal input, helped me choose what would work best for me now and in the future. At the end of it all I drove off in my new 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport with a smile that is still on my face today! Jess is awesome and having Kevin to back her up, and Frank to work his magic with the finances was wonderful, they are an amazing team! More
