When it came time to do the usual "pain in the neck paperwork", I was pleasantly greeted by finance manager Blake Caiazzo. Blake is a miracle worker and made the whole experience actually enjoyable. Jeffrey was great at locating the car (2015 Subaru Legacy Premium with 20,000 miles) as it had been on the lot for a while and was destined to go for auction on Monday. Jeffrey even warmed up the car and turned on the car seat warmers. The last dealer we had been to had my 21 year old daughter sit in the back seat. But, Jeffrey graciously let my daughter sit up front. As I value her opinion, it was a good move on his part.
