My thanks to Tony, Jeff, and Rob for their assistance in helping me through the ordering and buying process for my new Jeep. Tony, Jeff and Rob all know their stuff inside and out. They were open, honest, and up front with me, during every part of the process. There were no games, high pressure tactics, silliness, or smoke and mirrors unlike a few other local dealers that i had the pleasure of walking out of. I wont name drop the others - we'll leave it at their names rhyme with rothrock, sands, and rentschler - those of you reading this can figure it out if you think hard enough. Never once was i pursued through their parking lot by a 2 seat golf cart with 4 rabid, foaming at the mouth salesmen in it who then mobbed me the millisecond that i stepped out of my car. Never once was i left alone in an office by a salesman for 20+ minutes so they could "talk to the manager". And not a once did the aforementioned all powerful and mystical sales manager appear alone in the office (where i was left to sit alone for 20+ minutes) to attempt a terrorist style negotiation while shoving a pen and papers with massively inflated numbers in my face and speed talking so i didnt have a chance to think (much less speak). Here i will gladly name drop. Tony is the salesman. Rob is the aforementioned all powerful and mystical sales manager. Jeff is the inventory manager. In closing. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Sales staff was not pushy, but they did have to "nudge" us at times. The end result was we bought a little more car then we originally intended. This weekend I had to rely on passersby to help jump my car because of battery problems. I called MY service department rep Jim Hillegass told him my problem and he said, can you get your car here now and car because of battery problems. When I get there he meet me at the door and said have a seat and I let you know when we are done looking at it.
