Joe, Tony‘s manager followed up with an email and an invitation to take a test drive. I called and was invited to come in the same evening and got a “Tony Test Drive”. Tony’s test drive are not only informative, my first SUV, my first 4X4 but also fun and long enough to truly test the car’s and handling capabilities. Tony took the time to demonstrate the technology and features of the packages installed in the car. The best part was after the test drive, Joe and Tony asked if I was interested, I said yes but needed to return next day. I asked for the car specs, VIN# which they provided, along with the specs they offered a great deal which sold me on the spot, but still I went home to think it over. Over the next couple of days Tony guided me through the process and along with Joe and their finance manager we managed to strike a deal. I picked up my car on the second visit to the dealer, no hassle, no pressure, all pleasure and businesslike and friendly demeanor. They promoted kindness and extreme patience as I test drove multiple vehicles, went thru multiple mood swings and wandered for hours back in forth until I could make a decision. My least favorite thing to do in life is spend time at a car dealership (no offense), however, Tony and his team made the task as pleasant for me as they possibly could.
