Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!! :) My husband and I went to Kelly to look for a new car for him. We met Tony Bittenbender and not only did we buy a new car for my husband, but I also got one too!! Tony Two Car! :) Tony is the most honest salesperson you will ever meet. This is a trait we value very much and appreciate. We took his "Tony Test Drive". It was the best test drive I have been on and this was not my first car. He makes sure you know everything about the car you are buying. He worked with us until after closing. He did not rush us because it was getting time to leave. He took his time to make sure we were happy and were getting what we wanted. He also did a locate for me because they did not have the color I wanted. He worked on his day off to locate my car for me. He kept me in the loop to let me know what he found and when it arrived. He made buying the car a stress free process. When the paperwork was completed he did not stop there. He took his time, and I mean his time (because they were closing) to explain the settings to us. Tony explained how to program the radio, pair the bluetooth, etc. When we were programming the radio Tony went above and beyond to program some of the stations he thought I liked for me. That was a great surprise. This morning he called to follow up to see how we were liking the call and to give us the answer to a question we thought of last night before we left. Tony is not a salesman who is finished with the job when the papers are signed and you walk out the door. I will highly recommend Tony Bittenbender and Kelly to everyone I know looking for a new car. We were able to negotiated the price of the vehicle and the finance rate to what met our expectations. The jeep was nicely prepped, with a full tank of gas the next day when we picked it up. Jeff took the time to explain the features of the Jeep and answer any question we had. My only regret is that when you are promised free life time inspection it should be made clear at that time that the emission test is not included. Since dealer emission test are considerable more cost than your corner garage I probable will not use the free inspection option . There are scratches on the front bumper that need to be resolved. I'll hold my final evaluation till I see how log it takes to repair. More
