Chris and I scheduled to meet the next day to test drive the vehicle. With minimal hassle I bought a new Jeep. Chris demonstrated great customer service; he was pleasant; he was efficient; he was patient and he listened carefully to my questions. A relatively painless experience. My wife and I went to look at a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and met Cornell Ricketts. We explained that we were not buying a vehicle that day but My wife and I went to look at a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and met Cornell Ricketts. We explained that we were not buying a vehicle that day but were fact finding. Knowing this Cornell still took over an hour to talk to us and show us the Jeep we were interested in with no pressure to make the purchase that day. His follow up call was a few days later and to my surprise it was the only follow up call we received. I found that to be very refreshing as most dealerships badger you to the point that i won't buy from them, period. After looking at a few other brands and models we decided on the Jeep. Cornell was patient as we need to reschedule with him several times before being able to get back to make the deal. Overall the process went smoothly and Mike from the finance dept. was helpful too. My only issue would be after the deal was done and we had to return to have the Jeep detailed and the tank topped off and some add-ons installed. We were told these could all be done on a Saturday, they could not be. The detailing left something to be desired and the tank wasn't full. The communication to set up the remaining work was somewhat lack and I get the feeling if I had not called to follow up that I would have been forgotten as Cornell was no Ionger working there and it seemed no one had been assigned to tie up his loose ends. I had to return to the dealership and drop the Jeep off for the other work to be done. In fairness they did give me a loaner with no fight and the Jeep was done when promised and washed when I picked it up. Overall not to bad of a car buying experience. More

Great car buying experience Brian Spangler was very knowledgeable about which Jeeps we could tow flat behind a motorhome. He found us a Cherokee Trail Hawk from their huge invent Brian Spangler was very knowledgeable about which Jeeps we could tow flat behind a motorhome. He found us a Cherokee Trail Hawk from their huge inventory that was one of our three color choices. More importantly, it had the active drive II drive system which was what we needed to tow it flat. We like the looks of the Grand Cherokee better than the Cherokee but they weigh about 800 lbs more and the gas mileage is also less. Chris Levin was very helpful and brought out several Jeeps for us to test drive. Beth Wong was also very helpful and helped us negotiate a price we and Kelly could both live with. There was never any high pressure sales techniques. More
