I drove over an hour and ended up purchasing my truck within the first 1/2 hour of negotiations. The salesman that I dealt with, Jose, was friendly, courteous and didn't know the meaning of high pressure. I took the first offer that they presented. $4000.00 over what any other dealer quoted on my trade. The entire staff was friendly polite and the finance manager, Keith, gave me all of the information that I needed to make a sensible decision about financing and additional warranties.
