The dealership reached out to us about a used truck for sale that they thought we may be interested in. Listed at almost 9,000$ and it was a reconstructed title. They spoke with my fiancé thoroughly about the car and specifically said the body or truck had NO RUST. We were indecisive about the vehicle due to the salvaged title, however for a week the dealership kept reaching to me and telling us to come in. I received a text message even stating to ask for a specific sales person when we arrived. We made it very clear we were not paying more than 6 to 7K and we set an appointment for today at 5pm. They said come on in and we will work it out. We drove two hours to the dealership, pulled in to find a HOLE in the side of truck. And that wasn’t even the worst part about the experience. While waiting on the salesman, the manager sold the truck out from under us. Now we were very upset about the unexpected hole in the cab corner, however they did not even give us a chance to ask for a quote for body work or discuss why this wasn’t mentioned. They sold the truck out from underneath us before we even arrived. I also was in contact via text message with a sales person on our drive there, you think it would of been nice if we at least got a text message that someone else was viewing the car when we had an appointment set. STAY AWAY!!!! More
