Everyone at the dealership was so very kind to Bill and I. We were unsure of what type of car we wanted. Had a few in mind and just happened that Kelly had a few on the lot that we were considering. Dealership should be highly commended for the excellent customer relations. Sales Consultant Zack Nebbaki was very knowledgeable in his presenttion of a new Dodge Grand Caravan, which I bought. Zack was customer relations. Sales Consultant Zack Nebbaki was very knowledgeable in his presenttion of a new Dodge Grand Caravan, which I bought. Zack was very helpfull in answering any questions my wife or I had. When i went to pick up the new vehicle, Zack explained everything on the Van. If I owned a business I would want Zack as an employee. Zach should be highly commended for his workmanship and knowledge off the product. When the time comes for me to either purchase or lease another vehicle I would return to Kelly without any second thoughts. I will also highly recommend Kelly to anyone asking me about buying or leasing a car. More

I originally went to the dealership with intentions of buying a used car for that was what I though was within my budget. I found one vehicle that I liked and could afford, however it was already sold. I buying a used car for that was what I though was within my budget. I found one vehicle that I liked and could afford, however it was already sold. I never thought about leasing before. Zack mentioned a leasing deal and what I thought about Jeep's. I always liked them and knew they held their value, but didn't think i could afford one. Once Zack and Larry started working on the numbers, they could put me in the Jeep Patriot within a monthly payment I could afford. I stopped by in the afternoon and by the middle of the next day, I had my Jeep and I love it! My original plan was to visit other dealerships, especially ones closer to where I live (I work in Allentown and live in another County), but once we took the Jeep out for a test drive, I was sold on the vehicle and I knew I was getting wonderful customer service. I didn't need to go elsewhere. The customer service I received from Zack was outstanding! He is very professional, courteous and makes you feel comfortable right from the beginning! I would recommend Zack and the Kelly dealership to anyone. More

I was looking for a good used car that was A 4X4. Upon doing research I found a 2007 Jeep Compass that looked good online, with many great pictures and the right price for myself and my wife. I emailed through Cars.com and was instantly responded to by Mr. Michael Jordan both through email and phone. After a couple of calls back and forth with Michael, I set up an appointment. I was worried about our credit score and Mike affirmed to me that we could work a deal and come out and test drive the car. Showing up to a the dealership we were met at the door by a nice young man and the sales manager. I told them we had an appointment and they quickly responded and made some calls. Apparently Mr. Jordan worked next door. I was worried we would be waiting forever but within five minutes Mr. Gailen Engel greeted us and walked us to the car. He opened every door, the hood, hatch and explained the whole car to me. We then went on a test drive where I showed some interest. Gailen was great on the test drive giving some great chat with no salesman pitch just everyday conversation, made me feel very at ease. Upon arriving back at Kelly I asked him for a minute with my wife to confer. He left and said take my time and he would be inside. We then decided we like the car and went in where we were greeted by Mr. Jordan who then let me meet Bill in finance. Bill let me print my roadloans.com voucher from his office and noticed we had high interest rate. He then explained to me the difference with other lending companies interest rate and said he would work on getting me bought within a few other places to lower the rate. He said a half an hour and we went to lunch. Coming back they were almost done and we were kept company by Mr. Jordan and Mr. Gailen. When one had to go do something the other would sit with us. After ten minutes we were seen by Bill. He got us approved with a lower interest rate. Half our later I was driving away, total time 3hours!!!! That may sound like a lot but I have already waited 3 hours just to be seen by finance! Kelly was three ours out the door. Mr. Jordan, Bill and especially Mr. Gailen were the nicest people in the business. I felt like I was buying a box of paper from Staples, no pressure, speed, and kindness.....not pushy like other dealers. I would go to this fine dealership anytime I ever buy a car again!!!!!!! None of the fore mentioned even told me about this rating sight, another nice salesman told me this would be the route to go to praise these men. Thank you Kelly for the AWESOME service and Gailen and Michael Jordan are an asset to you! More

From the moment we walked in the door we were treated like family. Our salesman Zack Nebbaki was very helpful and friendly. ive been looking for a jeep for a while and when james posted a pic of a jeep that i liked i ended up making an appt. it was the best idea i ever had because i went and walked away with a new jeep..it was posted a pic of a jeep that i liked i ended up making an appt. it was the best idea i ever had because i went and walked away with a new jeep..it was one of the best experiences in my life. i now feel safer in my new jeep and i owe it all to james!
