Help with repair of FORD F-150 truck. During last service visit it was discovered I had unusual wear on rear wheel breaks. They treated me like the most important customer in the world, took, the time to answer all my questions and were very professional during the negotiation process. We even managed to have a few laughs when discussing money which rarely happens. There was no waiting around, no games being played and no condescending attitudes displayed by anyone. I had just an all around, enjoyable car buying experience. Which is how it should be but we all know rarely happens. More

He provided a customized video of the vehicle I was interested in, offered several different payment scenarios working with the budget I had in mind. We arranged the day and time I would be in and as I pulled into the dealership, my vehicle I was looking to purchase was pulled up front, gassed up and detailed and ready to go. How can you get better service than that? He had all the paperwork ready at his desk for me to sign and then walked me to the Allstate Insurance desk they have on site to get my new vehicle insured. I then only had to wait 2-3 minutes for the finance person to have us sign the finance paperwork. Phil and Kelly Ford my the purchase so easy and the fastest process out of any dealership I have ever been to. I felt like a King in there. They truly got it all figured out and make what is usually a dreadful experience not even feel like your buying a car. We were so impressed, we came back a week later and purchased a brand new EcoSport for my wife. The scenario was the same, Phil was excellent and he had the vehicle gassed up and detailed and pulled up front ready to go. We were in and out in a hour tops. This dealership is awesome and I recommend anyone to go to Kelly Ford and if you have the pleasure to work with Phil, you will not be disappointed. More

I really dislike pushy salesman and ridiculous questions to determine "what we really want". Thank goodness we went to Kelly Ford FIRST. We had done our homework beforehand. We had a list of 6 trucks we wanted to look at in the area and we started at Kelly. Let me just say, after seeing 4 of the other trucks at other dealerships, we were back at Kelly Ford making the purchase with the assistance of a great salesman, Brent Slater. The entire experience had us saying "we will buy another vehicle from them in the future" when we left that place. I explained to Brent we had 6 to look at and we were not going to make a decision until we did so. He respected that position and encouraged us to let him know if we had any questions about his truck or any of the others we saw. We texted frequently throughout the viewings of other vehicles and he was able to work with his manager, Chuck Cooper to get the lowest price that we had seen earlier in the month. We ended back up at Kelly Ford to purchase the truck and every single person we dealt with from start to finish was truly fantastic. It was absolutely night and day from other dealerships we visited that day. Even the finance team and Lindsay Ritenour made the experience fun while being thorough and informative. I just can't say enough about this place. We thought we had missed a deal about 3 months ago at the same dealership but I believe it just wasn't the right time because this purchase from start to finish could only have been better if they gave us the vehicle for free. Also, I can't forget to mention Nicole who kindly emailed me on the day we were planning to come in and gave us Brent's name. More

My first visit they told me that I had two recalls and that they would fix both of them. They treated me with such respect and were very honest. I find it hard to find honesty dealing with car dealerships. It was a very pleasant experience. And I will definitely be going back with my business. More
Amazing customer service-used car trade in I went with my husband to attempt to trade his 2012 Mustang in for a 2013 Boss 302. We traveled about 6 hours to the dealership and really just wanted the deal to work out since we traveled all that way. Although he still owed on his current car, everything worked out. The salesman Brent Slater was AMAZING. I have never met a salesman that down to earth and that honest. He was friendly and made sure he took care of us. He offered us snacks and even offered to get us food because he knew we traveled some distance. The entire processes did not take as long as I thought it would've. The Finance manger Johnnie Walsh was extremely cool and easing going. The two of them made sure not only the deal worked out, but made sure we were really taken care off. In the midst of everything, they both looked for hotels in the area for us to stay at and food places for us to try. The finance manager made sure we got the best deal on our hotel. What I liked about this dealership is they were not just trying to sell a car and whatever thats it. I could tell that they genuinely care about their customers. I was able to trust them and everything they were saying. Around Spring of next year if a SRT challenger is sitting on the lot, I would definitely make the trip down there with my husband to purchase for them.
