From the time we made the phone call to see if the vehicle was still available, when we got there the vehicle we had inquired about was pulled up to the front. Knowledgeable salesman, Brent Slater. He worked everything to our best interest. Sales manager, Charlie was very friendly and made sure that we were okay with everything and that the vehicle was perfect. Johnnie the business manager was very friendly and accommodating, even helped entertain our toddlers during all the paperwork. We will definitely be repeat customers! More

He introduced himself one night as the dealership was closing when m We met Jesse Sheridan, our salesperson, 8 months prior to our new truck purchase. He introduced himself one night as the dealership was closing when my wife and I were checking out trucks. He was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. When we finally decided it was time for a new truck I dug out Jesse's phone number and arranged to look at trucks. He had several with the options we were interested in but one stood out. He walked us through the closing process with ease and confidence. Jesse is a great salesperson who without question has the customers needs in mind. Don't hesitate to ask for him, I'm certain you will be extremely happy. During the closing process we met two other gentlemen who were very helpful, Chuck Cooper and Jim Ahlquist, both very professional and very personable. Overall it was a great experience and when it's time to purchase another Vehicle Kelly Ford will be at the top of the list. More

All my vehicles have been serviced at Kelly & I find the service employees to be knowledgeable & efficient. I guess you can tell I like Kelly Ford. More
Too many failures Patricia, my salesperson, was very nice and helpful and, overall, dealership was nice to deal with and easy. I thought I had all set on trading in my Patricia, my salesperson, was very nice and helpful and, overall, dealership was nice to deal with and easy. I thought I had all set on trading in my vehicle which had to happen when I was out of town on business trip. Before I left I had financing set at 2.84% and so I thought all was good. While I was gone my wife went to swap the vehicles and now suddenly they could not do that interested rate unless 10K was put down. I was on a 10 day business trip and so dealing with all this while away was not easy or fun. In the end the Finance department did get a new lower rate of 3.04% with 10K more down and so while better, I just wish things would have been set before I left and not changed. I hope Kelly Ford can improve on these kinds of issues for the future. Edit: 01-19-18: Received a letter from my credit union with a $30 late fee on my trade in. Truck should have been paid off beginning of January when deal was made. Called 1-18-18 and Jon was out for the day. I asked the receptionist to have the Sales Manager call me to find out what is going on. No one ever called me back. Frustrating! Edit 03/16/18 I realized I left the wheel lock keys to my boat trailer in my trade in. I know they recently sold my truck because the salesman called me and wanted me to explain the tuner, lights and other things on the truck. I spent 10-15 mins of my time to do this and did not mind. Now when I called the sales manager on 3-9 and asked if could get the locks back from the new owner of my truck he said he knows which sales guy sold it and would handle it and back back to me later in the day. A week later and no one ever called or cared. This dealership...EVERY department is an epic fail. No one ever follows up on anything they say they will. I would NEVER deal with Kelly Ford again. Awful dealership with lazy people that dont care about their customers. More
