They are both very friendly and well educated in the car business. They always take the time to make sure all my service issues are resolved. If there is a question they can't answer they find the answer. When I am comfortably sitting in their waiting room(s), watching cable TV while drinking one of their many flavors of coffee or having a cold refreshing beverage while eating their fresh popcorn, Traci and/or Tabby will often take the time to chat with me in the customer lounge. Not just about cars but life in general. It makes for a fun day. It's because of this relaxed soothing atmosphere that customers often enjoy chatting with one another. It's a stress free environment and experience. Free transportation is always available at all times. I can disappear while my car is being serviced and go any where within their mileage limits. Such as back & forth to lunch, movie, home, etc. Cheryl Shaton is also an asset to this dealership. She too is always accessible, smiling and knowledgeable. As well as very patient while giving GPS instruction. I have leased and purchased cars from Kelly Ford. I try to have all service done at this dealership. As for sales, Vinny Amore is my guy!. He is friendly, well-informed and tries very hard to get the best deal(s) for the customer. I have recommended this Ford dealership and will continue to do so. More
