When I first approached Kelly in hopes to find a good deal on trucks, I was hoping to find a family environment to put my needs above a dealership fi When I first approached Kelly in hopes to find a good deal on trucks, I was hoping to find a family environment to put my needs above a dealership financial gain. With hindsight being 20/20 I believe I got more than I bargained for. At Kelly ford my first interactions was with Danny Hogue over the phone, he ensured me that this was the place I was going to find more than just a truck. On the first day I came in and Danny was called away into an emergency so Bret Slater gave me his undivided attention in lue of Danny and explained his emergency situation. Immediately, I was overwhelmed with a feeling of what I would come to know as The Kelly Ford family. Bret showed me the specific vehicles that fit my exact criteria I was looking to purchase. As I am a father and husband of one (and desired by many) I had to take a second opinion on all offers that were negotiated and optional with my wife. I returned home and elustrated the options to my wife, we were in an agreement that it may have been just another wolf of Wall Street environment car dealership as my trade was lower than value. The following day, I received a call in the morning from Danny concerning my return to revisit the negotiation table. When I was presented with he net developed options for the value of my trade in, and the cost of a truck that surpassed all expectations (in price and quality and business venture) I realized, this was going to be my long term family that I can be proud of. I have never been more proud to be included in the exclusive family of the Kelly Ford dealership. They surpassed all expectations in business and personal attention that I never even required. This was the best new vehicle purchasing experience (out of 7) that I ever have the previleged being a part of. Bret Slater and Danny Hogue were the key contributing factors to making my life as happy as it could possibly be not only for myself but my family as well. His check-in process reassured me that Kelly Ford understood what regular maintenance and repairs were being made. He recalled the previous days phone conversation with the vehicle owner, explained how the shuttle process worked, and sincerely made me feel cared for. Observing his demeanor with other customers both on the phone and face-to-face made me aware how much I appreciate genuine and value added customer service. Jeremy Collins specifically interacted with one customer who was quite under the weather and had fallen asleep and was snoring in the waiting lounge. His gentle ability to awaken the customer, thoroughly explain the vehicle’s problems and solutions in details the customer could understand demonstrates Jeremy’s customer service value. My first time at Kelly Ford I am from Miami and had been to three Service Centers including one Ford in Miami area - could not attend car because I was driving to Palm Bay. Been to Ford in area here, did not have time until much later. My issue could not wait for five days. When I got to Kelly Ford Jeremy Collins shocked me first of all. As soon as I got to his line of sight he was out the door. But I thought he certainly can't be coming to my car, how could he have seen me that quickly? I thought, it has to be that he was on his way out before my car pulled up. But, I was wrong. He came directly to my car. He is an amazing young man, dedicated employee, extremely professional, kind, and considerate; truly and asset to Kelly Ford. I am blessed to have been directed to find Kelly Ford in Melbourne. Not only was my experience pleasant and productive, I met two lovely individuals; a lady named Myrna from Melbourne Beach - described it as "far from here" and an intelligent and kind gentleman from Orlando - whose name I don't remember. All the way from Orlando. He said he comes to Kelly Ford because of its great reputation. I have NEVER been to a place like this. I also met a nice young man who washed my car - I think Tory or Troy is his name - he also backed the car out because he intuited it would be hard to clear the area - he does not know that I have physical limitations, or perhaps he sensed it because of the Handicap Sign in my car- so kind, I also met an African American young man in the car wash area who was extremely gracious and polite because I had to walk back there to get my car since I was late for an appointment: apologetic and gracious. I have always had Ford cars, but I am certain that my next car will be a Ford when I can afford a new car because of my experience with Jeremy Collins at Kelly Ford. I must say overall, everyone was super nice; Janet who got me coffee, another young man who washed my car, Someone from management man named Amore who I met accidentally , when I opened the front door, without been aware it was the front door because of the construction taking place in front of the entrance. Not a negative experience, but it started with Jeremy Collins. More

Other sales agents Doug Finwall and Reggie Morton, that I encountered where also professional and where egar to help in any way. My entire experience was that I felt that I was part of the family rather than a customer. My experience in the Service Dept. with Mr Jeremy Collins was also excelent. He kept me informed on the status of my Ford pickup that I drove up for repair. He also explained the repairs and cost needed and time needed to make the repairs.
