When I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle was ready to go for a test drive, my salesperson John I made an appointment to view a specific vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle was ready to go for a test drive, my salesperson John Alligood was knowledgeable about the vehicle and patient and courteous with my questions and inspection. Most impressive to me is the fact that although I live 60 miles away, Kelly Ford sent a driver to pick me up when my car was ready. Everyone I met at the dealership was polite and friendly. I've got a diesel truck all of us business owners know never good when it breaks down I called the dealer and I spoke to Tracy she called the tow company for me when I got there she offered me water I was more than stressed at this point we sat down went over what happened with the truck within 4 hrs I got a call with an estimate and explanation to what happened I got it repaired and back on the road within 2 days .. awesome right despite her age she very knowledgeable about vehicles and will definitely make you laugh despite your mood Luckily I broke down in Melbourne meeting Tracy converted me from Palm Bay ford to Kelly ford she shows what true customer service really is !!! Unsatisfactory Product Purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion. Discovered a transmission fault upon reversing the vehicle in a "kind of a rush to back up" position. The transmissio Purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion. Discovered a transmission fault upon reversing the vehicle in a "kind of a rush to back up" position. The transmission thumps as if it would not engage in reverse position. This is a factory defect that Fords knows about it per Service Management and transmission lead technician. According to them, "all Ford Fusions have this condition". The problem is hard to duplicate but my vehicle has repeatedly done it. Service management has informed me that Ford is working on the problem but has not found a solution. More
