An uncomplicated---and fast---car-buying experience. For weeks, I had been thinking of upgrading my 2010 Flex. Specifically, I was looking for a newer model, with less mileage. After much shopping around, through the Internet I found a 2013 at Kelly Ford. I had three goals in mind: to replace my car, lower the interest on my previous loan, and have the monthly payments fall within a reasonable amount. Somehow, I managed all three. Not only was my experience at Kelly Ford painless; it was all done fast, and things just seemed to flow. In particular, I was impressed by the skills of Casey Tucker, who was both friendly and professional. Mr. Tucker's performance was further enhanced by that of Sandra ("Sandy") Smith; Kelly Ford's Financial Director. Sandy's expertise made it all happen, bringing the entire deal to a happy ending. The fact that the sales team functions like a big family made for a pleasant environment. More

He provided me pictures and even a video to help me decide if I wanted to make the trip to their dealership for further review of the truck. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made the purchase easy. The vehicle was everything he said it was, and more. There were no surprises. Great Dealership and Great People Although a little bit farther from dealerships near my home in Orlando, I researched cars from Kelly Ford and found them to be cheaper for similar car Although a little bit farther from dealerships near my home in Orlando, I researched cars from Kelly Ford and found them to be cheaper for similar cars in my area. The salesperson (Christopher Lefevre) was very knowledgeable of the cars that were available in both new and used models. Never was there any pressure to make a spur of the moment decision and choose a car. Although I did not purchase a car at this time, I would definitely come back to Kelly Ford when I'm ready to make a final decision. I will ask for Christopher Lefevre to help me the next time as well. More
