Thank you for your feedback. I pulled your repair order, and it appears your vehicle was in for transmission issues. Came in on 12/26 and was done with a complete overhaul on 1/8. I did pull communication records and saw there was communication back and forth 12/27, 12/28, 12/30, 1/3 and 1/5. I do see that most of the communication took you reaching out to us. I do sincerely apologize. I will be having a conversation with the service advisor today. It does look like it was a good turn around time and we did provide a rental. I am sorry about the communication issue and it will be addressed. If you have any further questions or concerns please feel free to contact me.
