The truck my husband wanted was at this dealership. Never working with anyone at this dealership, I relied on chat GPT to assist with finding the best fit salesperson for us to reach out to and my choi Never working with anyone at this dealership, I relied on chat GPT to assist with finding the best fit salesperson for us to reach out to and my choice was Prince. We drove over 95 miles to look at the truck. Prince has the truck front and center at the showroom doors. It was beautiful. We test drove and both of us were very happy with the ride. Now the fun stuff. We sat at the desk and were presented with the figures. We were immediately taken back by the additional charges of $1,800 that were added to the price from “service” for tires, door code, etc. we voiced our concern with this tactic. Having bought many vehicles in our lifetime I knew one way or another that we were not going to accept those charges so the negotiations begin. I was able to successfully negotiate $2,500 off the price of the truck and toward our trade in. This dealership was easy to work with and appreciated our travel time. We were concerned with an open recall and decided to take it for a second test drive. Prince completely understood and welcomed us to our second ride. A full tank of diesel later we made our final decision. We got what we wanted for our trade and paid what we wanted for the truck. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and I even shared a recipe with the finance lady. More
