Derek has been taking care of my Explorer for almost a year. He has found warranty solutions for things that I did not even realize were warranteed. Both were very professional and understanding and I did not feel pushed or pressured into anything. While I waited for my car to arrive Omar left for vacation and Justin Decker took over my case and helped me with the final sale when my car was delivered. Justin was extremely accommodating and helped me make last-minute arrangements. The sales department is very efficient, and I was in and out with all my documents signed and keys in my hand within an hour and a half. More

Wife and I went to Kelly Ford to look at trucks. We found a Ranger which we liked. Justin our salesman made everything very easy. We told him what our situation was and he delivered.
