I always feel comfortable talking through any issues with both Brian and the mechanics and deciding on a course of action. Thinking of not purchasing Ford products I went in for a oil change and was lied to the service manager told me an hour, I got at the service center 12:50Pm waited until 2:40 PM asked the ser I went in for a oil change and was lied to the service manager told me an hour, I got at the service center 12:50Pm waited until 2:40 PM asked the service manager what was going on he said he checked and wasn’t going to be much longer as I looked out of the window I noticed that my Ford Explorer was still in the parking lot. I then asked for my keys and left all he had to do is be honest but instead was lied to waisted 2-1/2 hours of my time. Thinking about not purchasing Ford products because of the rotten service and would advise anyone who is thinking about using Ford. I spent a lot of money for my vehicle and thought the service was part of what I paid for,but it seems like when you buy something from ford there done with you. I owned A GMC sierra and got nothing but great service. That being said the sales people of Ford were absolutely awesome great people that might have to suffer because of the lame careless attitude from the service department. More

Recent service at Kelly Ford I took my car to Kelly Ford for service today. Oil change, tire rotation etc. Brian and his staff took care of it very efficiently. Car was and still is, bad out of the box. I'm not sure how everyone on this site gives 5 stars, but that wasn't my experiance. My service advisor left or was fired, which wasn't a loss, I've I'm not sure how everyone on this site gives 5 stars, but that wasn't my experiance. My service advisor left or was fired, which wasn't a loss, I've sat on hold for the service manager, left my information, no call back. Called the General manager, no call back. They've made two attempts at fixing my brand new transmission and I think they're just waiting out the warranty. More
