Help with repair of FORD F-150 truck. During last service visit it was discovered I had unusual wear on rear wheel breaks. Wonderful experience I went the a different dealership for a recall and they told me that the call did not apply to my vehicle. He talked to the technician that serviced my truck, and the person that entered the information on the paperwork. My truck was serviced correctly and the issue was a typo. The point being he took the time to insure it was done right and the paperwork was correct. This guy is all about the customer and I appreciate it. And I need to mention Tabby.
