My experience So I went to Honda to trade in my vehicle and met with Julie who was wonderful trying to assist me. She did all she could to assist me. I wanted patiently 11 days and I was about to give up until I met with Brian the finance director and Luke the sale rep. They both spent 5+ hours with me working endless to get me a car deal. Brian did not stop until he got something that works best for me and my financial situation. Luke took time from his clients to work me and spend time with me to get things done. They made me feel special especially with they way they treated me with dignity and respect. I love their personality as well.
