Don't waste your time here Tried to buy a Honda CR-V. They are the most old-fashioned car salespeople on the planet. They keep you waiting, then they bring out the sales manag Tried to buy a Honda CR-V. They are the most old-fashioned car salespeople on the planet. They keep you waiting, then they bring out the sales manager, then they keep you waiting some more. It took my husband over two hours just to get a price on our trade. It's all a game to them. They weren't flexible on our trade in (got $500 more elsewhere). The tried to sell us the Touring model twice. Then they offered the Touring for the same price as a CR-V EXL. Very fishy. And when I cited a model they had on their web, they said it really wasn't for sale because it is loaded with features to make the "sell". MyAt the end, we didn't trust them. Then we went to a dealership 30 minutes farther, had a professional treat us right and we bought the care right there. Save yourself the grief by NOT going to Kelly Honda. More

From the very first time I walked into your showroom in November 2016 when I purchased my Honda Pilot, through today, with all of the service appointments in between it has been a wonderful experience. Chris McAdam greets you with a smile and seems to want to go out of his way to make the service appointments go as smoothly as possible. Mike, the service manager, is always there to listen and address any concerns. I have been here for 4 service appointments and each time Mike has had to listen to me complain about a couple of recurring items and always does so with a smile. He instillls confidence in me that I do not need to worry and all of my concerns will be addressed. For that alone, I travel from Quincy to Lynn to service my vehicle. There are several Honda dealers closer, but because of the service I have received and the way that I am treated, I will continue to come here for future vehicle purchases and service.
