Best experience for a first timer Buying a car can be one the the most stressful investments anyone can ever make. Without the research and knowledge of what type or specifications of Buying a car can be one the the most stressful investments anyone can ever make. Without the research and knowledge of what type or specifications of the car you want, you'll end up going to dealership clueless and dissatisfied. That's why when my brother and I did our research extensively on everything from the type of car that I wanted, the specifications, down payments, monthly cost, and more; we were ready to head to Kelly Honda. With the help from Will Lopez, he made the experience 10x better than what we'd expected. This was our second time and my brother and I were suppose to shop around in different dealerships, but Will listened to what we wanted, understood our situation, and worked with us to give us a great deal. That night we ended up signing papers because he made sure we got what we wanted at a fair price, no hidden fees, no hassle, and straight to the point. Ask him all the questions you may have, he'll be more than happy and patient to answer. Buying a car is always nerve wrecking but he broke it down and made the experience really easy and less stressful. Working with Eli, he made sure that we got a bank that would offer us a loan with a reasonable price. He also broke down all the things we needed to fully understand the finance aspects of buying a car. I honestly recommend working with Will and Eli because they made us feel like we weren't being downplayed as young adults buying their first car or make a quick sale because we were young. We felt welcomed, acknowledged, and couldn't be happier with the outcome. I then had some training from Will on the car and drove out the lot with my Honda Civic 2016 beautifully polished. With that said, Raul worked with competitor's prices and brought the price of my Honda Civic 2016 to a reasonable amount. Honda at the time was offering a very low APR promotion that I was able to take advantage of, and the car was primed and ready for me to go with coming out of the dealership. Both Raul, and Jeremy were pleasant to work with and answered all of my questions. Eli was also helpful in ensuring I had knowledge about the services associated with purchasing the car, and the helping me file the paper work in addition to what Raul helped out with. Ryn was my sales associate and he was helpful, understanding, and offered me great advice. I expressed my needs and my budget, and Ryn went out and selected the perfect car on the very first try. Having no experience in car buying whatsoever, Ryn really took his time to break everything down and to make sure that I understood everything fully, and that I was completely confident and happy with my decision. He was more than patient and genuine and even followed up with me after the purchase to see if I needed any help or additional advice. Given my lack of credit, Eli in financing worked extremely hard to find a bank that would work with me in my situation and he managed to find me a very reasonable loan. I cannot thank the staff enough for turning what I thought was going to be a very scary and nerve wrecking experience into an easy and enjoyable one. Having always heard horror stories about being a first time car buyer, I can say 100% that during no point did I ever feel taken advantage of for my lack of knowledge. I didn't feel like I was being talked down to or like I was being sold, and that was one of my biggest concerns. Ryn and Eli genuinely care about their customers and will go to tremendous lengths to make sure that the customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. We test drove a Nissan and a Honda, but weren't absolutely sold on either car and we were ready to leave. Ryn got us to sit down again and go over their list of other used cars. We came upon a 2013 VW Passat which sounded good, so we went for another test drive and as soon as my husband drove the car around the block he knew it was the car for him. Since we bought the car I've called Ryn on 3 occasions to ask questions and he's been able to answer them immediately or he's gotten back to me within a couple of hours with the answer. We had a problem with the driver's door lock and he arranged for the service and to give us a loaner car if necessary (it wasn't). He was almost entirely responsible for us staying long enough to buy the car and he's been terrific since then. Highly recommended!! More
