He kept me informed every step of the way, and I was never guessing about the status of my car, or when it would be ready for pickup. If I had a question, he responded quickly. He even set me up at Enterprise when the dealership loaner cars were unavailable, walking me over himself to see that I was taken care of. He was professional and helpful throughout the entire process, and I will never take my car anywhere else as long as he is working there! More
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I've had 2 years of terrible experience with their QX30 lease. I've voiced my concerns with several of their employees and keep I getting the run arou I've had 2 years of terrible experience with their QX30 lease. I've voiced my concerns with several of their employees and keep I getting the run around with no amicable resolution. After they've made the sales transaction they seem to care less about any inconveniences they may have caused. They refuse to repurchase their faulty vehicle. I can go on for pages with examples of their awful service, the main one being having dropped my car there while on vacation, upon my return they had not ordered the part for the repair. A month and a half later without my vehicle for electrical repairs and still making payments on it is the current situation due to the part being on "back-order". Please do not ever purchase/lease from here; it will be a complete waste of your time and money. I had a better experience at Kelly Nissan in Lynnfield. More
