Shawn is astonishing, he is very pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, and more importantly patient as I had a lot of questions and concerns. He had took the time to explain everything to me from beginning to end. The differences between financing and leasing, the pros and cons. He made everything clear for me and his answers were nothing but honest. Then, I met with Lisa, she is a pleasure to work with, she is very honest, courteous and was very helpful in helping me make my purchase. Signing the papers with Adam was also a great experience, very patient going over all details with me, and gave me great advice based on his personal experience. I appreciated that they did not scare me into thinking that I needed to do additional services today as I was not prepared for a longer stay or a more costly service. Oil and filter change I went in for an oil and filter change and at first the kid who I spoke to told me no that I couldn't get one because it was too late.
