Adam in finance, was very informative in explaining the new lease financial commitment, and informed me of the additional options available through leasing from Infiniti. Shawn is astonishing, he is very pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, and more importantly patient as I had a lot of questions and concerns. He had took the time to explain everything to me from beginning to end. The differences between financing and leasing, the pros and cons. He made everything clear for me and his answers were nothing but honest. Then, I met with Lisa, she is a pleasure to work with, she is very honest, courteous and was very helpful in helping me make my purchase. Signing the papers with Adam was also a great experience, very patient going over all details with me, and gave me great advice based on his personal experience. Overall, this place is awesome, the people there are friendly. Although exciting, buying a car could be a bit stressful, but everybody there made my whole experience very pleasant, and stress-free. Always extraordinary service I utilized the "express service' for a quick oil change in middle of day - no wait, spent about 1/2 hour at dealership - they explained service and re I utilized the "express service' for a quick oil change in middle of day - no wait, spent about 1/2 hour at dealership - they explained service and recommendations for upcoming 45,000 mile service - great to know ahead of time so there won't be any surprises. I appreciated that they did not scare me into thinking that I needed to do additional services today as I was not prepared for a longer stay or a more costly service. Victor Chaves was professional and patient. He also encouraged me to contact him if I had any questions. Reception staff are always courteous and professional, especially Val (who now works in another department but makes a point to say hello whenever I come in). More

Oil and filter change I went in for an oil and filter change and at first the kid who I spoke to told me no that I couldn't get one because it was too late. Id review him (negatively) but I don't know his name. As I was about to leave Matt walked over friendly as could be and said and I quote "you drove all the way down here I'm not going to let you leave without what you need" he made one phone call, took care of it, and got me what I needed. I'd rate 10/5 if it were possible. More
