Kelly Infinity is incompetent at best, dishonest at worst I noted an Infiniti QX60 on the Kelly Infiniti website that I was interested in so I contacted the Internet sales manager (Susan Aheron) to inquire ab I noted an Infiniti QX60 on the Kelly Infiniti website that I was interested in so I contacted the Internet sales manager (Susan Aheron) to inquire about it. I indicated the stock number right off their website listing. The next day (a Monday) Susan contacted me indicating that she could not find that stock number in her database. Sure enough, I logged onto their website Monday evening and not only had that vehicle disappeared but there were NO new 2016 QX60's listed. On Wednesday I receive an e-mail from Susan asking if someone from the dealership had contacted me on Tuesday (they hadn't). She also indicated that they did have a QX60 in stock in the color combination I was looking for but it was optioned more highly than what I was looking for. Just for giggles I visited their website again and sure enough the exact vehicle I had inquired about was listed again. I don't know what the deal is with Kelly Infiniti but I definitely did not get good vibes about the honesty, integrity, and competency of this dealership. More

When I complained the next day, they said the car was available again, when I said I would buy it, they said it was sold again. They got me to drive 1.5 hours and pushed an older, more expensive car on me without acknowledging the game played to get me up there. Stay away! More
