There was a lot of communication regarding the different vehicles I was interested in, and I felt informed the whole way. I had the chance to work with Peterson Charles, a courteous and well-rounded salesman. I felt as though I got the most bang for my buck and would definitely recommend him to friends and family. He was knowledgeable and attentive to all the questions I had about the cars. I ended up buying a pre-owned 2008 BMW 3 series sedan and I couldn't be happier. When I went to purchase the car, they said they would not sell me the car for that price. They said the car was sold. When I complained the next day, they said the car was available again, when I said I would buy it, they said it was sold again. They got me to drive 1.5 hours and pushed an older, more expensive car on me without acknowledging the game played to get me up there. Stay away! More
