Service on my 2009 M35X I recently brought my vehicle to Kelly Infiniti for the 60,000 mile check. Adam Figueroa was the Service person. I had made arrangements for a loaner. I recently brought my vehicle to Kelly Infiniti for the 60,000 mile check. Adam Figueroa was the Service person. I had made arrangements for a loaner. He explained the services to be performed and the approximate costs. He was very considerate of my time and got me on my way. He called me during the day and explained the vehicle need front brakes explained the cost. I gave the go ahead. Infiniti service ay Kelly is excellent. What I like is you only deal with 1 person from the time you arrive until you pick the vehicle up. Great Job!!!! More
